Go Fish Capital
   - Bringing Growth Capital To eCommerce Sites

  • Info For eCommerce Sites/Merchants

  • Overview

We Provide You With $3,000 When Initially Approved, And Up To $50,000 Per Month Thereafter.

No Credit Check. And You Don't Need To Pay It Back Like A Loan, Just Share Sales Commission (Like An Affiliate Program).

You Pay Back Go Fish & Crowdfunders By Providing 10% to 15% Sales Commission Just On The Customers That Our Ad Dollars Bring You (Like An Affiliate Program). The Sales Commission Reduces To 10%. We Provide You Capital Directly, and Crowdfunders Can Also Crowdfund Your Site. You Can Keep Up To 20% Cash Up-Front, And The Rest Pays For Your Advertising To Bring On Customers, Allowing You To Pay The Capital Back Via Sales Commission (Just Like An Affiliate Program). You Get Cash, Your Advertising Funded, And Customers.

  • Getting Started

Once you register, we will review your site quickly, where we will take a look at your marketing spend and sales.

We will then make you a funding offer based on all of your information. No credit check. If you wish to talk to us, you can call us anytime. Once you accept the offer, we will place your Ads accounts under our Manager Account and fund your Ads directly.

Your site will also be displayed in the Crowdfunder Menu which will display data about your eCommerce site, such as what year it was established and your average product price, allowing crowdfunders to make an informed decision about which sites they wish to add to their portfolio.

Once a crowdfunder crowdfunds your site, you keep up to 20% in cash (up front), and the rest of the money activates the Ads campaign (on our master account) to bring your site paying customers. When the crowdfunder's advertising brings in a visitor to your site, and they signup as a customer, you will see them on your own system, but also on your Go Fish admin panel; the customer will be tracked and tied to the funder, and they will be displayed in the funder's admin panel as well (just their first name), no other information. Once that customer makes a purchase, the revenue share that you chose goes to the crowdfunder via a debit/credit card debit that you provide.

  • Between eCommerce Sites & Crowdfunders

    1. When you set your revenue share percentage, that applies to each customer that a crowdfunder signs up while that revenue share percentage is set. You can change your revenue share percentage at any time, but it does not change the revenue share percentage that you have already promised to crowdfunders for existing customers. Any changes to the revenue share percentage will apply to all new customers that your crowdfunders sign up. This all happens automatically with our system.

    2. By signing up to receive Customer Crowdfunders from Go Fish, you are agreeing to provide a revenue share in perpetuity to your crowdfunders for the customers that they signup (like an affiliate program).

  • Info For Crowdfunders

  • Overview

We Offer A New Type Of Crowdfunder Program.

    We call it "Customer Crowdfunding."

Crowdfunders can crowdfund different eCommerce site's "ad budget" to receive a large financial return (up to 100x annually) via our new form of revenue-share crowdfunding.

Our Crowdfunding System Provides The Same Comparable High ROI Goal As Compared To Equity Crowdfunding. The Return Can Start Immediately vs. Equity Crowdfunding, Which May Only Start To Pay After Several Years (If It Pays At All). And Unlike Stocks, Customer Asset Portfolios Do Not Go Up And Down, They Produce A High ROI Of Cash. Our Way Is Faster, Less Risky, And Pays More For A Longer Term. The ROI can reach 100x annually.
Our Sophisticated New Form Of Crowdfunding, Called "Customer Crowdfunding," Allows You To Crowdfund Directly Into Multiple Revenue Generating High-Growth eCommerce Sites via Their Advertising Budget, To Own Revenue Rights To Their Customers (Ongoing Cash Producing Assets). Each Customer (Asset) Could Be Acquired For As Low As $5.00 And Then Return Up To $75 Profit Every Year. eCommerce Is An $861 Billion Industry, And It's Poised To Grow A Great Deal Over The Next 20 Years. The Crowdfunding Industry Is At $17 Billion, And Is Poised To Grow 17x [1,700%] Over The Next 9 Years.

    Recent Results:
We are truthfully very proud that the system works very well, and we have so many improvements planned. Some Crowdfunders have signed up Customer Assets for just a couple dollars, which then immediately upon signup, purchased big ticket orders, such as a pro fishing reel for $280.00, yielding $84 in profit to the crowdfunder = a 42x return.

  • Main Instructions

After you signup on Go Fish, you will automatically be logged into your Admin Panel.

All you have to do is choose which eCommerce sites that you wish to crowdfund and enter the amount that you wish to crowdfund per eCommerce site. This will activate the eCommerce site's Google Ads Campaign which will bring in customers into their site. When a visitor lands on the site that you are crowdfunding, Go Fish automatically assigns them a tracking cookie to assign them to you. When Customers make a purchase, you will receive the 10% to 50% profit. You can build a large, long-term, cash producing portfolio by building a large portfolio of cash-producing-assets (Customers).

All information to help guide your portfolio choices are in the crowdfunder admin panel, including data about each eCommerce site. This allows you to make an informed decision to join as a customer or promote that site as an affiliate or crowdfunder.

The Crowdfunder System Works In The Following Way:

    1. Free/Promote-Manually

    • Select "Add To Portfolio" For Each eCommerce Site You Wish To Crowdfund.
    • The Crowdfunding Activates The eCommerce Site's Google Campaign On Our Master Google Account.
    • When A Visitor Lands On The eCommerce Site That You Are Crowdfunding, That Visitor Is Assigned To You.
    • When They Sign Up As A Customer, They Become Your Asset And You Will See Their Name In Your Admin Panel.
    • The Customers Do Not Know Who You Are.
    • Every Time Your Customer Assets Make A Purchase For The Next 10 Years, You Get 10% to 50% of The Revenue.
    • You Can Build A Large, Long Term, High ROI Cash Producing Asset Portfolio.

  • When Can I Withdraw My Funds?

Only funds from delivered products that no longer can be returned are available for withdrawal. We do this to prevent against fraud.

This policy is in place so that we do not require affiliates/crowdfunders to keep a safe balance in their account that they can not withdraw - we are happy to allow withdrawals simply after the product has been delivered and can no longer be returned.

  • Our Google Advertising System

Our simple (and very effective) Google Advertising System works in the background to allow you to sit back and drive expert targeted referrals (Customer Assets) to your Go Fish eCommerce site portfolio "fully automatically."

Our Google Advertising System is directly connected between Go Fish & Google, and with the simple press of a button, it will advertise your eCommerce site portfolio in Google Ads on Google Search when users search for various keywords/phrases, like "Clothes" and "Electronics." All you have to do is decide which eCommerce site you wish to crowdfund, which dictates how many visitors you want to visit your eCommerce site portfolio. Once you crowdfund a site you should start seeing traffic to your Go Fish website within an hour, and you can track our customer (asset) signups in your Admin Panel. Our Google Advertising System was created by - and is maintained by Google search experts.
